Beside writing test case directly in iTMS, you can import test cases from excel or CSV file. Make sure the format of your file follows iTMS template.

Tips: download iTMS format and then adjust your column labels to match iTMS template.

For import/export test case in a manual ticket, select Actions in the test case management panel:
